Test confirmed
Today I received a phone call from Dr. Southwick confirming that I do have Osteopenia. She wants to put me on FOSAMAX but now I need to get my blood work done so she can check my Vitamin D level. GGGRRRRRRR I don't want to be on any medication!!! So for now I will continue taking my calcium supplements and walking my 2.5 miles a day. Until next time.

Too bad about your osteopenia. At least there are drugs that can help. Any news on your surgery yet?
